The Problem

Shippers and carriers lacked a reliable, connected platform for onboarding, matching, and real-time shipment tracking. Carrier onboarding was manual and slow. Shipment visibility was fragmented — tracking data lived in carrier systems and wasn't surfaced to shippers in a consistent, real-time way. The opacity created inefficiency and eroded trust across the freight network.

The Solution

At Forager, built the marketplace platform including carrier network management, self-service carrier onboarding, shipper-carrier matching, and the operational tools that kept the network running. At project44, extended the visibility platform with tracking integrations, carrier connectivity, and the data pipelines that delivered real-time shipment status to shippers across the network.

The Outcome

Built marketplace, carrier network, onboarding, tracking, and operational capabilities that connected shippers and carriers on a scalable, visible freight platform. Carrier onboarding time decreased. Shipment visibility coverage expanded across the carrier network. The platforms gave both shippers and carriers the transparency and tooling to operate more efficiently.
