I'm a senior product leader with 15+ years shipping software at the intersection of logistics, automation, and data. I've led product at startups and scaled platforms, from founding-team builds to enterprise systems handling billions in annual volume.
Background
I started my career in logistics operations before moving into product — which means I understand the problems I'm solving from the inside. I've spent most of my career in freight and supply chain tech, building platforms that automate the manual, connect the disconnected, and give operators the visibility they need to make better decisions.
I've led product at every stage: founding-team builds where I was the first PM, growth-stage companies scaling from dozens to hundreds of customers, and enterprise platforms supporting billions in annual transaction volume. I'm comfortable with ambiguity, fast in early-stage environments, and rigorous when the stakes are high.
Outside of work, I'm interested in how AI and automation are reshaping logistics networks — and what it means for the humans and businesses operating within them.

Leading product for RJW Exchange (B2B document exchange) and RJW Edge (inventory intelligence and billing operations across 23 warehouses).
Led product modernization for Echo Optimizer, the proprietary TMS at the core of a $4.3B order-to-cash operation. Introduced NLP/OCR automation across the order lifecycle.
Built the ML-powered instant freight pricing engine that replaced manual quoting and scaled quote volume without adding headcount.
Built marketplace, carrier network, onboarding, tracking, and operational capabilities connecting shippers and carriers at scale.
